1. What this service is

The Ten Stems provides automated Chinese astrology (BaZi / Ziping) readings generated from the birth details you provide. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They describe personality structure and tendencies. They are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and they do not predict specific events.

2. What we do not promise

• We do not predict wealth, marriage, health, or any specific life event.
• We do not guarantee any outcome from following suggestions in a reading.
• We do not provide counseling of any kind. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Pricing & payment

The full reading costs US$9.90, charged once. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no hidden charges. Payment is processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider, which appears as the seller of record on your statement and handles applicable sales tax / GST.

4. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your reading, reply to your delivery email within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. One refund per customer.

5. Your birth data

Chart computation runs in your browser. Your birth details are transmitted only as needed to generate and deliver your reading, are never sold, and are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, republish, or mass-distribute readings; use the service to harass or frighten anyone; or scrape or reverse-engineer the site.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your reading.
