1. What we collect

• Birth details you enter (date, optional time, city) — used solely to compute your chart. Computation happens in your browser; the values are only transmitted when needed to generate your reading.
• Email address — only if you request early access or buy a reading, used to deliver your report and nothing else.

2. What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We never use your birth data or reading content to train AI models.
• We have no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record provider. We never see or store your card number. Billing data is handled under the provider's own compliance framework (PCI-DSS).

4. Data retention & deletion

Purchased readings are kept in your delivery email; we retain only the minimum transaction records required by tax law. To request deletion of anything tied to your email, write to us and we will comply within 30 days.

5. Your rights (Singapore PDPA / Malaysia PDPA / GDPR)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Singapore and Malaysia users: this notice is given under the respective Personal Data Protection Acts. EU/UK users: you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
